• Structural Infrastructure & Compliance: whether the legal, regulatory, and tax foundation is solid enough to avoid costly problems after launch.

• Growth Metrics & Capital Readiness: whether the model is actually profitable and ready to hold up under investor or lender due diligence.

Your Results — three operational tiers:

• Tier 1: Optimized Foundation. Ready. Lean, professional infrastructure. Financial modeling is dynamic, risk is covered by contingency planning, and compliance structures are live.

• Tier 2: Structural Fatigue. Cracks showing. Strong momentum and a viable product, but foundational gaps remain — unfinalized vendor agreements, manual tracking. The base won't hold as you scale.
